Career Development
After working as an Administrative Assistant for many years, in several industries, Sheryl returned to school in the fall of 2008 to train as a paralegal. Shortly after beginning that journey, she decided she wanted a career as an Attorney and refocused her goals to pursue her juris doctor.

Since entering law school, her goal has been to build a family law practice and to help people navigate the legal issues related to divorce and custody matters. Sheryl has worked toward that goal since 2015 through internships and as a practicing attorney. Sheryl began her practice in Georgia in 2018, and moved to Huntsville ins 2020.
Military Divorce Lawyer
Sheryl’s support of her husband’s military career for almost 20 years prompted her interest in working with service members and/or their spouses, helping them navigate the particular legal issues related to divorces with a military component.
